Shipping policy

Shipping Information

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All shipments are picked up on Fridays.
• Your order will arrive securely in a cardboard box
• We pack each item with great care and attention. Each piece will be wrapped in bubble wrap and/or paper. Additional padding will surround your pottery on all sides
• If your pottery chips, cracks or breaks during shipping, send us a picture of the damaged piece(s) to and we will ship you a replacement piece at no expense

• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address we will refund your order excluding the shipping fee and ask that you re-submit your order.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

All our pottery ships from our studio in Troy, Ontario, Canada.

• The following delivery times are based on Canada Post Delivery Standards
• These delivery times do not include processing time. Orders will be processed in 3-5 days after they have been received
• We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays
